My run at the 20+2s

So, today was a mediocre day. I didn't really make much, but that's because I spent like 140$ on tournament fees. Didn't ITM in any of the 5 20+2 180s I tried.

I was doing okay in some of the 4$ ones I played, and now I've more or less got the structure of the tournament down. I think the best way to play these is to just play solid hands throughout the entire thing and hope for the best. It's like one long SNG where you're at 75/150 for the entire thing. At least, that's what I feel my hand selection should be at. There's a ton of things I don't understand about MTTs, but these things look like cake, especially based on the play I saw today. Some kid called my allin on an A42 flop with 33. I had kings. He caught a three.

I think the best way to play these will be to 2-table them, while 6-tabling 27s. I plan to include that in my play any time I know I'll be able to complete the tournament. Once I have the bankroll, I also want to check out the 55$ 90-man sngs. Those look good. I'm planning to have something like a MTT week somewhere in the summer. Hopefully it'll work out.

I'm starting to write part 3 of the 6.50 guide. We'll see how tha goes.
